Beach Cottage - Just 30 yards from Nolton Haven's sandy beach is Beach Cottage, ideal for your beach barbecues as the sun sets, or even a night time swim for the brave, on the famous Pembrokeshire coast footpath Beach cottage is ideally situated to make the best of the time you spend in Pembrokeshire. Be it a brisk early morning clifftop walk or sitting in front of the house overlooking the beach having breakfast in the sun.
The Cottage accommodation - Three bedrooms (all with wash basins) one with three single beds, one with a double bed and one family room, double, single and cot. The large lounge has two seating area's one around the coffee/games table and the other by the TV. The family sized kitchen has a large 'farmhouse' table and equipped with washing machine, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, and Fridge/freezer. Upstairs is a bathroom and separate toilet and downstairs a shower room with toilet and washbasin. Electricity and central heating are included in the price.
Special arrangements can be made to cater for many varied interests. Riding holidays in association with the local stables are very popular. The cottage is also a useful base for sea-diving, walking, canoeing and bird watching at any time of year.
Within Pembrokeshire there are six golf courses, including Britain oldest Links course in Tenby.
Fisherman are well catered for, with Pike fishing at Bosherston ponds, large trout at the Llys-y-fran Country Park and many other venues, whilst the sea offers bass and flatfish (off the beaches) and bass, conger, tope, dogfish and pollock (off the rocks). In the summer boat fishing is mainly for mackerel and pollock, while in the winter, cod, herring, and whiting are common.
WIND-SURFING, SURFING, WATER SKI-ING
Just to the south of Nolton Haven, Broad Haven offers a wind-surfing school while Newgale, famous for its surf, offers surfboards, skis, surf canoes and wet-suits for hire.
SWIMMING, BOATING, SUNBATHING, BEACH GAMES
Nolton Haven has its own sandy beach and nearby, Little Haven, Broad Haven, Newgale and Druidston.
The walking around Nolton Haven is first class, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes through.
THE PEMBROKESHIRE COAST
Is an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has towering cliffs, created by centuries of Atlantic rollers, numerous sandy coves and bays, and large surfing beaches such as Newgale, Whitesands and Broad Haven.
Nolton Haven beach is excellent for bathing, boating, surfing and making sand castles.

The county is rich with numerous castles - at Haverfordwest, Manobier, Pembroke, Carew. St. David's is Britain's smallest city, and the cathedral and Bishop's Palace are well worth a visit.
THE PEMBROKESHIRE CLIMATE
Is is very mild in winter, with the famous Pembrokeshire Potatoes being planted in mid to late February. Overall the area has the third highest annual sunshine hours in Britain over the last 30 years (Met. Office Figures).

Leave Haverfordwest on the A487 St. David's Road. Ignoring other signposts to Nolton Haven, continue to Newgale beach and turn left, signposted 3 miles.
