Oxwich Leisure Park Chalet Ref: SJ - Self-catering Chalet

This comfortably furnished and smartly decorated chalet has fitted carpets throughout and heating in each room for holidays all season long.

The well furnished lounge/diner has a three piece suite, a pine dining table with benches and an electric fire. The large patio doors open out onto a small paved area and grassy bank where children can play in safety. Two director’s chairs are provided for outdoor use.

The modern fitted kitchen has laminate flooring, plenty of storage units and includes an electric cooker, a fridge with an icebox, a microwave and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, airing cupboard with water heater and an iron. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Duvets and pillows are also provided, but linen is not provided.

Of course there is a smoke detector, for your safety and peace of mind and a collection of brochures and leaflets about some of the many tourist attractions in the area. Electricity is supplied via a ?1 coin meter.

The allocated parking is just a few yards away to the rear of the bungalow, and there is a large lawn in fron of the chalet where your children can play in safety

There are a few small shops including a newsagent/general store/cafe nearby in Oxwich village, and the Oxwich Bay hotel, which has a patio garden serves bar and restaurant meals all day.
