As soon as you enter The Roundhouse you are greeted by a pleasant hallway, which leads into a large lounge offering digital wide screen television with surround sound system, DVD player, video, beautiful stone fireplace, wood burner and raised dining area. A separate fully fitted oak kitchen offers every convenience including a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and television. Also on the lower level you will find one twin bedroom with single beds, one single bedroom and a fully fitted bathroom with an over-bath power shower.
Upstairs consists of one fabulous en-suite master bedroom, which boasts a king-size, four-poster bed with TV, another bedroom with splendid countryside views and a king-size bed, a fully fitted bathroom with overbath power shower and a further twin bedroom with single beds, which also enjoys excellent views.

The town is the commercial centre for the region and combines sophisticated shopping with the bustling atmosphere of traditional Pannier and Craft markets. You will also find the North Devon Leisure Centre, superbowl, a go-karting track, theatre and multiplex cinema together with many restaurants and pubs.
Only a few miles from Combrew Farm you will discover fabulous beaches, including wonderful Woolacombe and glorious Saunton Sands. Whether it's surfing, sailing, horse riding or fishing, the area has everything to offer. North Devon also boasts fantastic golf courses, including the championship courses at Saunton and the Royal North Devon Golf Club at Westward Ho! - the oldest links course in England!
6 miles away you will find the historic port of Bideford, which has a good selection of pubs serving local ales. From here you can make the ferry trip across to the picturesque island of Lundy
Only half a mile away, you can access the level, traffic free Tarka Trail. A 180 mile dedicated walking and cycling route, which offers fabulous views of the North Devon countryside. From here you can hire a bike and there is a cafe/restaurant.
