Garden Flat, Mumbles - Garden Flat, Mumbles

This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a large Victorian house (formerly Mumbles Home for Girls 1885 - 1902) located in the village of Mumbles. The village offers an array of wine bars, gastronomique restaurants and unique shops. Mumbles is ideal for cycling, walking, surfing or just relaxing. Langland and Rotherslade Beaches are a short walk from the Garden Flat.

The apartment as well as having access to a private and secluded garden with seating area and decking also has an exercise room with rowing machine, exercise bike, cross trainer and dumbells, which can be used at the visitors’ own risk.

The lounge is furnished with confortable seating area, glass dining table and four chairs, occasional furniture, colour tv plus dvd and a music centre. A selection of films, CDs, games and books are available.

The kitchen is equipped with wall and floor units, electric hob, combination microwave/oven/grill, fridge with ice box and a range of kitchen equipment such as toaster, sandwich maker, cafitiere. Tea towels, washing-up liquid and other essentials are provided.

The bedroom is furnished with a large mahogany bed, fireplace, wardrobe and bedside table; there is an attractive bay window with occasional table and chairs. Bed linen provided.

The bathroom is extremely well fitted out with three-piece suite, shower over the bath, extractor fan. Bubbles, bath salts, shower and handwash are supplied for guests. Bath and hand towels provided. Daily beach towels available for rental if required.
