    • Cliff Place Cottages - Self catering holiday cottages on the Dorset Coast
    These two stone cottages are ideal for a traditional seaside family holiday or for exploring the Isle of Purbeck. They are a short distance from the coastal footpath leading to Durlston Country Park and visitor centre, and only a short drive from many popular tourist attractions.

    Swanage has an award-winning beach with safe bathing, sailing and windsurfing. There are lots of leisure activities and all-weather attractions and family entertainment. On the pier there is a diving school offering approved courses.

    The cottages are comfortably furnished and well equipped. Each cottage has a cot and high-chair, television, conventional cooker, micro-wave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Linen is available for hire. One has a telephone and they have mobile phone reception. They have their own parking space and/or garage, and pets are welcome. They are available all year for holiday bookings or for longer lets. Short breaks from 2 nights are available from ?115.

    The cottages are heated and carpeted throughout and have comfortable sitting rooms with colour television. The fitted kitchens are well equipped. Duvets are provided for all beds. Beds are all full sized single or double.

    Olive Cottage has parking within the rear courtyard; the bedroom on the first floor has twin beds and the top room has a double bed. The cottage has a payphone.

    Alpha Cottage has a 13'6" long garage with a similar length driveway. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second one has 3' bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed, with sprung interior mattress, in the large lounge.

    At the rear of Olive Cottage is a self-contained studio flat. In the bedsitting room on the first floor there is a double sofa bed with sprung interior mattress and duvet, and a colour television. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor and a shower room with toilet. This studio is available either separately or with one of the cottages, adjacent there is a 13'6" garage. The entrance gate is shared with Olive Cottage.

    Towels and polyester/cotton bedlinen are available with extra charge to cover laundry costs. Cot and highchair are available at no extra charge; electricity is include in prices.
