Tattershall Castle, 5 minutes drive from the park, is a dramatic 15th century red-brick tower on 6 floors where medieval times come to life. The Lincolnshire Aviation Centre is 20 minutes drive from the park. Opened in 1988, it is a privately owned and run museum set up as a memorial to Bomber Command and featuring a Lancaster Mk VII and Spitfire Mk IX on a recreated World War 2 airfield with original control tower.
