This two bedroom semi-detached chalet is comfortably furnished, newly carpeted, double glazed, and electric heating is available in the lounge/diner and both bedrooms should you need it.

The lounge/diner has a three piece suite, dining table and chairs, a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a collection of DVDs. There is also a Guest Information Book and collection of brochures and leaflets about some of the many tourist attractions in the area.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, including an electric hob and oven with an extractor fan above. It also has a fridge with an ice box, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster and of course plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, etc.

The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, a washbasin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point. There is an iron and ironing board in the airing cupboard in case you need them.

Both the twin and double bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers. Mattress protectors, pillows, duvets and bed linen are all supplied for you. and the mains electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter located in the airing cupboard in the double bedroom.

Large patio doors in the lounge lead onto a patio at the front with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun, and your allocated parking space is almost next to the chalet. There are several large lawned areas nearby where your children can play in safety.

There is a smoke detector, fire blanket, and a first aid kit for your safety and peace of mind.

Set on a gently sloping hillside and peacefully overlooking the splendour of Oxwich Bay, this beautifully landscaped site lies on the edge of the lovely old village of Oxwich. It is only a few minutes walk from a clean sandy beach, and surrounded by the magnificent Gower scenery which is so popular with walkers and nature lovers, although it is only about twenty minutes drive from Mumbles and Swansea.

In the village there is a good General Store/Newsagents/Off Licence with a Café, and a lovely little church in the edge of the woods. Also, with a patio garden on the edge of the bay, is the Oxwich Bay Hotel, which serves drinks, good meals and snacks all day, all year round.

There is a public car park right by the beach, and you can book boat trips from there to explore the beautiful coastline. Behind the beach, there are fabulous sand dunes and Oxwich Nature Reserve which is famous for its very varied flora and fauna.
