  • Seraya Bed & Breakfast Brockenhurst - Janet and Eddie would like to bid you a warm welcome to Brockenhurst and the New Forest.
We are a family run ( non-smoking ) B & B situated in Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest, within easy access to the M27.

Seraya New Forest offers the New Forest on your doorstep along with quality accommodation at very reasonable prices.

Each room is designed with it's own personal slant, however each will make you feel totally at home in their own unique way.

The “Pink Room” is the en-suite room and again has all the facilities of the other rooms.

The “Yellow Room” is a bright corner of –the- house room comprising of double bed, T.V., hot drinks, ample wardrobe, radiator. It shares a bathroom with the “Blue Room”.

The “Blue Room” is in the “Elizabthan” style. It is a twin room and has all the facilities of room 1 and shares the bathroom.

The Waterloo-Bournemouth train serves Brockenhurst ( 1 hour 20 minutes ). Brockenhurst is famous for its leisurely ambience whose most chaotic traffic jam may be caused by a stubborn donkey in the middle of the road.

Brockenhurst has eating places to suit all tastes including French, Indian, Chinese, Italian as well as the traditional English “Fish & Chips” and has many pubs serving fine cuisine ( all within walking distance of this B & B ).

Speaking of food, enjoy a hearty English breakfast of local farm sausage, bacon with egg, beans, tomatoe, mushrooms followed by toast, home-made marmalade, honey or jam with a pot of tea or fresh filtered coffee.

Children are welcome and pets are welcome by arrangement.

    Things to see & do:

The village of Beaulieu with its Abbey, House and its internationally famous motor museum.
The village of Exbury with its internationally famous gardens renowned for their Rhododendrons, Camellias and Azaleas.
Lyndhurst has a museum which focuses on the history and traditions of all forest life.
Lymington with its marina is ideal for sailing and Saturday market shopping. You can take a boat trip to the Isle of Wight or a pleasure cruise around the waters of the Solent. Bath, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Stonehendge, Southampton, Winchester and Bournemouth are all within easy reach ( M27 is 8 miles away ).
For children, Paulton’s Park and Longdown Farm are close by.
Because of the 40mph restriction on vehicles, the forest is ideal for cycling ( both on road and off road ), enjoying the views and watching ponies and cattle grazing at their leisure. There are 2 cycle-hire shops in Brockenhurst.
Other activities include riding, golf, swimming and sports centres.

    The New Forest
Picturesque villages, bustling market towns and a special atmosphere and timelessness. Of course you will want to enjoy the woodland walks but there is something for everyone in the Forest .
See the area through the eyes of local people who live and work here and you will start to unravel the secrets of this beautiful place. Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are really our national landscape treasures and we want them to stay special.
People who live here will tell you that The New Forest is a lively, working landscape with many secrets to discover. The only way to reveal The New Forest’s hidden gems and truly appreciate the sights, sounds and smells of the forest is to get out there and explore. Try to escape from the confines of the car and head out on foot, bicycle or on horseback to get a more intimate feel of the forest, its coast and villages.
