    • Oak Apple Barn - Self Catering Accommodation For Two Sharing (Double Bed)
    Delightful studio with double bed/sitting room attached to main house, located down a winding path surrounded by mature trees, with en-suite power shower, wc & separate kitchen. Comprising TV, oven/hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, linen/towels, stripped floor/doors. Equipped to a high standard. Guests' own entrance (8 steps). 1 mile north of Festival Theatre and close to the sea. Goodwood, the South Downs, West Dean Gardens & House, Weald & Downland Museum, Chichester Harbour, Chichester Canal and Fishbourne Roman Palace. The accommodation includes en-suite (power) shower room and separate well-equipped kitchen. There are 8 steps to the entrance. The bed/sitting room has an Iron Bed Company slatted double bed, with ortho-pocket mattress and duvet, settee, table/chairs stripped floor/doors, colour tv, hair dryer. Kitchen contains Neff oven.hob, microwave, toaster, fridge and washer/dryer machine. Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc, with hand-made terracotta floor tiles. Electricity, linen & towels and included. There is a small patio area with hardwood table/chairs for the sun worshippers. Should you require shade there is a similar patio area at the far end of the back garden, situated under a tree. The property is naturally accessible during the day. There is off road parking. A Post Office/shop is situated just round the corner, together with local transport. Unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for children, SMOKERS or pets.
