    Like all really old cities, York is compact. No place is far from another and no place is hard to find. To get to the real heart of York you need to explore on foot. So leave your car in the hotels on site car park and then take a short riverside walk into the heart of York’s centre.

    We cater for all needs providing a wide range of room options. On offer are; single, budget double/twin, standard double/twin, family and superior suites. All en suite rooms have been fully refurbished for 2002.

    Each room is stylishly decorated and luxuriously furnished, and all have remote control colour tv, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, radio/clock alarm and well stocked refreshment tray.

    A full English breakfast is freshly cooked by our resident chef and served in our bright and comfortable dining room and is included in your stay. A wonderful menu is also available for evening meals, with prices for a three course a la carte meal starting at just £13.50 per person.

    We also have an excellent cellar bar, which is perfect for unwinding after a hard days sightseeing. Or for a quieter drink, why not relax on our comfy sofas in our resident’s lounge bar.
