    Paskins has rather gone its own way. Not so much boutique, more eclectic, a ‘green’ town House forging its own direction.

    After checking in at our Art Nouveau reception you will find slightly out of the ordinary rooms, all extremely comfortable.

    Famous for being environmentally friendly this can be best sampled through the delicious breakfasts, prepared with mainly organic produce or sourced largely from local farms.

    The Art Deco breakfast room has a menu of celebrated choice; including a variety of imaginative vegetarian dishes and the finest
    of traditional English breakfasts.

    Guests can also enjoy our intimate lounge or room service with its tempting selection of sandwiches including memorable smoked salmon from a Sussex smokery and bottled beers from some of the best Sussex and European brewers.
