    • Upper Middle Road Farm - canoeing, horse-riding, gliding, golf, fishing, cycling, walking, birdwatching and rock-climbing
    Upper Middle Road Farm is a working smallholding and provides fruit, vegetables, eggs and meat. Traditional country practices are still performed at the farm such as the making of bread, preserves, chutneys, cheese, and spinning, using products from the farm. The garden produce is grown on organic principles. The house dates back to the early 1800's and still retains some exposed beams yet has all modern comforts.
    It is situated 1 mile from the village of Boughrood and views of the Black Mountains, R. Wye and Brecon Beacons can be enjoyed from the house. Many outdoor activities can be pursued locally e.g. canoeing, horse-riding, gliding, golf, fishing, cycling, walking, birdwatching and rockclimbing. For the less adventurous a car drive will take you through breathtaking scenery of mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls and forests.
    Two local pubs offer restaurant facilities or why not stay at home and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal with the hosts Danny and Karen when an exchange of ideas and experiences can take place or more knowledge of the area gained. A varied breakfast menu is offered to cater for all appetites.
