    • Riva Holiday Flats -
    Gina & Joan, the resident lady proprietors, and our Manager, Don, extend a very warm welcome to all well-behaved guests - there is no discrimination at the Riva. Our self-contained (en suite) holiday flats provide very clean and comfortable accommodation, with the freedom to come and go as you please. You should find all the information you need here (click on the page headings on the left-hand side of this page), but if any further details are required before booking please do not hesitate to get in touch, by phone or by e-mail - We are here to help.


    AVAILABILITY We will be open for guests from 1st January, 2005. A Travel Cot (0-3 years) or Ready Bed (3-7 years) are available free of charge with any flat - please ask at the time of booking.


    THE RIVA'S KEY FEATURES:

    * En-Suite Toilet & Shower in each flat * Superb location on the seafront * Peaceful but only a few minutes easy walk to North Pier, Tower and all the Town Centre shops, clubs and entertainment *Microwave, Cooker, Toaster, plus pots, pans, cutlery & crockery. * All bed linen supplied. * warm welcome & friendly service * limited parking on-site plus very reasonably priced car parking just 5 minutes walk from the Riva (from £1.32p per day).

    NEAREST CAFE Mary's Cafe is directly behind the Riva (two minutes' walk)


    Blackpool seafront self-contained self-catering accommodation (sleep 2 to 7). Open all year * En-Suite Toilet & Shower in each flat * Superb location on the seafront * Peaceful but only a few minutes easy walk to North Pier, Tower and all the Town Centre shops, clubs and entertainment *Microwave, Cooker, Toaster, plus pots, pans, cutlery & crockery. * All bed linen supplied. * warm welcome & friendly service *

    All our flats have private shower and toilet facilities (en-suite). Kitchen equipment includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster. For your comfort, each flat has both convector heater + low-cost radiator, plus colour television. All bed linen is supplied. Guests should bring their own towels.


    Please Note: (1) Sorry, we do not have any ground floor accommodation. (2) For reasons of hygiene we regret that we are not able to accommodate pets. (3) To avoid disturbance and nuisance to other guests (and to our own home) we regret that we do not accept 'stag' night or similar group bookings. Only well-behaved guests are welcome.

    FLAT 3 Sleeps up to SIX. *** Splendid sea views *** Lounge with double divan bed + double sofa bed, plus kitchen/diner area. Bedroom with bunk beds. Shower & Toilet room.
