Altogether, a wonderful, peaceful haven The Old Vicarage is an imposing stone building, originally built as a vicarage in 1865 for nearby Clehonger Church.
The rooms have been lovingly restored with period decor and furnishings. The emphasis is on an informal relaxed atmosphere with teas in the gardens in the summer and curling up by the fire in the winter. We make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, whether on business or enjoying historic Hereford and its environs. There are nearby golfing and fishing facilities and many public footpaths through the open countryside that surrounds the house.
Barroque-a mini suite
This is avery large room with leather sleigh bed, sofs, coffee table, SKY Tv, wireless internet connection and a hospitality tray. There is also a large bathrrom ensuite with bath and shower over.

Mortons-a king sized room.
This is a lovely sunny room that overlooks the field. It has flat screen TV, wireless internet access, a hospitality tray and an ensuite with large shower.

Greenhouse- a twin with ensuite
This well proportioned room situated upstairs and has a lovely ensuite which includes a bath, power shower, toilet and handbasin. The room overlooks what used to be the coach house for the property and catches the evening sun. There is a flat screen TV wireless internet connection and hospitality tray.

Lancaster-a double with ensuite
A very pretty room overlooking the garden. It has flat screen TV and hospitality tray. An ensuite with bath and shower over.Wireless internet connection is not so good in this room but guests are welcome to use the sitting/dining room instead.

The Langans Suite
A ground floor suite that comprise a double bedroom with flat screen TV and hospitality tray. A sitting room with TV and sofa bed that can be used as a small double bed (ideal for children over the age of 10), a bathroom with bath and shower over and a second WC and hand basin. Wireless internet connection. This suite has it's own private access to the carpark.
This room is available for £80 if 2 people are sharing and £100 if 4 people are sharing-all inclusive of breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am. Freshly squeezed orange juice, local apple juice, Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, cereals, full English breakfast,toast and homemade preserves, tea or coffee.
Dinner is served at 7.00pm. There is a choice of 3 starters,a main course of either meat, fish or a vegetarian option and a choice of 3 desserts. The cost is £17.50 per person.
We are a licenced property and carry a well stocked wine cellar plus local cider and Wye Valley beers. Champagne, spirits and port are also available.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb other guests.
The Old Vicarage is a non-smoking establishment inside but smokers are more than welcome to smoke anywhere outside.
Fishing - is available in the local 'pool' which is well stocked , 150 yards away
Clehonger Church - there's been a church on this site since the 11th century, 150 yards away.
Golf - Golf can be enjoyed at local Belmont Golf Course, 1 mile away
Walkers - There's a myriad of public walking tracks in the countryside surrounding the house
