    The Ullswater room is situated at the top of the house and comes with a king sized four poster and complimentary Pine furniture. It is decorated to a very high standard for the comfort of our guests.

    The Ullswater bathroom has a beautiful corner bath and very spacious for the comfort of our guests.

    The Grasmere bedroom has a king sized four poster and complimentary Pine furniture, and comes with an ensuite shower room, situated on the front of the house with views over lovely gardens and woods.

    The Windermere bed room has a beautiful canopy and is decorated to a very high standard and complimented with Pine furniture, and comes with a ensuite bathroom, situated on the front of the house with views over lovely gardens and woods.

    There is a choice of six elegantly furnished bedrooms, each adorned in striking pine. With sumptuous King sized four posters and standard king size beds all with either en-suite showers, baths or even luxurious corner baths, there will be a room here to suit you.
    All our rooms come with complementary tea and coffee, colour tv, clock radio, central heating and wine glasses.


    Parklands country club is an all weather leisure environment, Parklands has something for everyone. The club incorporates swimming pool with children's area, spa bath, sauna, steam room and jet showers. There is a badmington court, squash court and trimnasium. On the first floor is a comprehensive club lounge and bar, 2 full size snooker tables, solarium and swimming pool. At the club reception a whole host of outdoor activities may be booked and the club holds rod permits to some excellent local fishing.

    Windermere is on the hillside and Bowness on the Lake shore. set within the Lake District National Park, combine to offer panoramic views of the Lake and fells.

    There are many superb attractions not to be missed nearby, such as Brockhole National Park Visitor Centre, the World of Beatrix Potter Exhibition

    and Townend, Troutbeck, a 17th century farmhouse owned by the National Trust, to name but a few.

    Windermere Lake Cruises can be linked with a ride on the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway and a visit to the Aquarium of the Lakes at the foot of the Lake.

    In the town itself there is numerous shops and forty something eating houses there's also a theatre and a three screen cinema

    To compliment the superb attractions there are also numerous outdoor activities including a pitch and put, golf, sailing, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, tennis, bowling, mountain biking and unrivaled opportunities for fell walking, England's largest lake, is ten and half miles in length and half mile in breadth at its widest point.

    If you arrive by train or bus you can pop into the tourist information centre just outside the respective stations to book a taxi or accommodation.

    There's plenty of buses and taxis about but if you want you can go on one of the many excursion with Lakes Supertours.
