    Delightful semi-detached property for 3 with spectacular panoramic sea views. This cottage is full of character and stands on a hill-side overlooking spectacular panoramic sea-views.

    Enjoy the cottage atmosphere throughout with woodburning stove in inglenook fire-place, original beams, wonderful views from all the rooms. Enjoy looking out to sea from the verandah and romantic bedroom, perfect for that 'get-away-from-it-all' holiday.

    Accommodation comprises: lounge, kitchen / diner, shower room with shower, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 single. Storage heating, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of logs provided), : all other fuel and power included in rent; bed-linen and towels available for a £10 supplement; colour TV, stereo / CD player; washing-machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, private terraced gardens & patio. Off-road parking for 2 cars. One pet welcome.

    The lounge is a delightfully cosy room with woodburning stove and plenty of character complimented by a pretty floral thick pile wool carpet and comfy part-feather & Down 3-piece suite for cosy-nights-in. The kitchen combines modern convenience with cottage charm - it is well-equipped with oven, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, and complimented by cottagey antique pine units and dresser. A Table and 4 chairs face the window to enjoy those sea views whilst dining. The room also contains a raeburn - but don't panic - this is for decoration only, you're not expected to cook in it - an electric oven and hob or combination oven & microwave are provided as modern-day counterparts. The double bedroom is spacious and well provided for with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The comfy double bed is perfectly placed - Ideal for gazing out to see on those indulgent lazy mornings with a cuppa (or glass of champagne!). The single bed-room has a sky light for star-gazing. The room is small with most storage in the master bedroom. If you want to enjoy the outside without venturing further than the front door, there is a verandah with a bench at the front of the cottage, again to enjoy those views, and an ample half-glazed porch provides useful storage space, and a 2-seater settee allows you to enjoy a book and the views.

    Please note - due to it's hill-side location, the garden is terraced and steep in places and may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility. Similarly, the cottage interior has typically cottagey steep and uneven stairs. The drive to the property is uphill and narrow - 7'6" wide (seems narrower when reversing downhill!) and unsuitable for larger vehicles.
