Location: Our hotel is located less than 15 minutes from Dublin Airport via the M50 and less than 20 minutes from Dublin City centre via the N4 dual carriageway.
Access: Due to its location, accessibility to the hotel is easy. You can avoid the traffic congestion often found in the city centre. The hotel is easily accessible by all of the main route ways via the M50 & N4. Dublin Bus also runs a comprehensive service that stop just at the hotel. In partnership with our local cab companies we can provide a quality taxi service.
Technology: In association with our audiovisual provider, we offer a comprehensive audiovisual hire service, which includes large video projection screens, video conferencing.

Secure Car Parking: The car parking facilities at the Lucan Spa Hotel are excellent with ample space for up to 200 vehicles, and monitored by CCTV for added security.
This aptly named room is ideal for smaller meetings where tough decisions can be taken and opinions shared. The boardroom has state of the art multimedia training equipment. It boasts a computer terminal (with Microsoft packages), digital projector with high resolution screen, DVD player, microphone podium and surround sound system, which is excellent for professional presentations. All of these can be controlled by a remote handset, which also manages the lighting and blinds if required.

The boardroom at the Lucan Spa Hotel is just that - a fully functioning and equipped conference facility with state-of-the-art multimedia technology. In fact the a/v facilities are so advanced that they are similar to what you’ll find in high-tech industry training centres. Centrally controlled the system combines all functions that you might need for presentations and off-site briefing where audiovisual support is critical. There is a projector, surround sound, lighting, blinds and DVD. A hand held wireless touch panel gives you full control of all aspects of your presentation, sound, or lighting - no matter where you are in the room. The system also includes a PC with Microsoft Power Point, Word & Excel. This enables you to make late changes if needed - and it often is. In fact you can just turn up with the presentation on a floppy disc and all the necessary equipment is there to deliver a professional presentation.
One of our compact rooms its ideal for small meetings and off site training alike. It is situated on the first floor level and overlooks the grounds of the hotel. This room has been recently refurbished and retains its original Victorian elegance.
The Liffey suite is located on the ground floor level and is ideal for meetings and off site training. This room also is adjacent to our lobby area, which is ideal for refreshments and relaxation.
The Limerick room is located on the lower ground floor level. This recently refurbished room can accommodate up 170 delegates. It is ideal for conference and meetings with all required facilities within. Adjacent to the Limerick Room is it’s own private bar facilities.
Situated on the ground floor, the Boyne Suite is ideally suited to a conference, product launch, exhibitions or Gala Banquet. The Boyne suite is self-contained and has it’s own private bar facilities. Adjacent to the room is our elegant lobby with direct access to the car park. You can erect and create a venue of your own design in this suite.
