    Our cottages are at the seaward end of the beautiful Dysynni valley, with spectacular views of Cader Idris and Bird Rock, famous for it's nesting cormorants. We have no passing traffic, being at the end of a quiet lane.

    You are welcome to wander, sit or play in our peaceful garden and field, watch buzzards, kites, badgers, or just enjoy the peace and scenery.

    Glan Morfa Bach - Sleeps 5
    Glan Morfa Bach is much bigger than it looks! Adjoining our house, it sleeps 5 (seven by arrangement out of season).

    The beamed kitchen has a large refectory table with chairs, open to a spacious sitting room with sofa and easy chairs etc., colour tv/dvd, woodburner(helps heat water)and rugs over parquet floors.

    We have a single bedroom downstairs and a large double with washbasin. From this room you can go out into the back garden, and beyond to the badger sett.

    We also have a twin (or kingsize double) room reached by a steep pine staircase from the sitting room. (limited headroom, attic room)

    Close by you will find lovely walks, castles, sandy beaches, sea and river fishing, cinema, leisure centre, golf and more! The tree house is great for children and good for badger viewing.

    :: Locality:

    Tywyn lies in Mid Wales on the sweep of Cardigan Bay. There the mountains meet the sea on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park.

    Tywyn is without a doubt a wonderful place to relax. The promenade and the town are all on one level, so an evening stroll isn't a substitue for mountaineering. The pace of life is slow, and the stresses of 20th century living don't intrude.

    Cycling in the town is a gentle experience, with all facilities within a short distance of wherever you may be. You can experience good food, friendly shopkeepers and a warm welcome from the local people. Hundreds of visitors return year after year, and are made so welcome that many choose to retire here, knowing they are already a part of the local community. Until then it is a real home from home - relax in the sunshine listening to the waves breaking on the shore!
