Lounge: With wood burning stove set in an old style fireplace, sofa , two armchairs, TV, video, dining table and chairs.
Hallway from Lounge leads to:-
Bathroom: Fully fitted modern bathroom with WC, handbasin, bath & shower.
Kitchen: Galley style kitchen overlooking the slightly elevated garden. Fitted with modern cabinets and including automatic washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooker. Fitted with everything required for an enjoyable holiday.
Stairs leading to landing off which are the two bedrooms:-
Bedroom 1: Has double bed, bedside tables and fitted cupboard and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Has two single 3' beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables
Gas central heating and storage heaters are included in the rental charges. A telephone is available, you will be invoiced for your calls after your holiday..
Rear door leads to garden which is laid mainly to lawn (pathway is shared with adjoining property). Parking is outside the property in one of the permitted shared areas or when in the property on the little bridge over the stream. Electricity is included in the rental charges.
This property sleeps FOUR persons and is let from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
Safe sandy beaches sheltered from the prevailing west winds are for many the main attractions of the south coast of the Isle of Wight. But the coastline includes more dramatic landscapes - isolated bays, narrow ravines or 'chines' and, on the more exposed south-west coast, precipitous cliffs revealing chalk beds that are the thickest in the country. All these features are linked by the coastal footpath which runs round the entire island.
The property is inspected annually by the Southern Tourist Board and the classifications are given on the property specification. They are fully equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. Please check the suitability of a property for anyone with a disability, as they are not adapted for the disabled. There is an extra charge for Bed Linen & Towels which is available from our hire service along with Cots, High Chairs and Z Beds. Should they be needed these items can be ordered when sending your final payment. In certain properties the Bed Linen is included in the rental charge, however if you prefer to bring your own linen, please be aware that all beds have Duvets & Pillows (Cot Linen is not available). Pets are allowed at certain properties strictly by arrangement at a charge of £10 per pet, please refer to property specification. We ask that if you are bringing a pet to ensure that they will have had all the necessary flea treatment so as not to cause any problems for the following tenants. Thank you. The assumption is that you will clean through the property before you leave, ready for the next people. There is a vacuum and cleaning materials provided for this purpose. If you choose not to want to do this, you must let us know beforehand and we reserve the right to make a charge of £25, as we will have to arrange for cleaners to come in. Occupation commences between 2pm and 4pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to allow time for servicing ready for the next tenants.
